Colorado Caring Companions offer a wide variety of services to match your family member’s needs. Our client/companion liaison will assist you to determine what type of services your family member will need and how best we can provide that for you.
Colorado Caring Companions are limited to working solely with our clients and for our company in order to eliminate conflicts of interest and ensure that your family member will receive the best possible care available.
We monitor our caring companions very carefully. Each client is assigned a case manager, who will oversee the scheduling of Caring Companions. The case manager is available 24 hours a day for the family, client and the Caring Companion. The case manager will randomly check in on the client and companion to ensure that the highest standard of care is given at all times. If an emergency arises, the case manager will be available to ensure that your family member’s care is not compromised. This is a significant advantage as it allows you and your family member to be at ease with our competent staff. For clients requesting 24-hour care, we will assign one full-time Caring Companion who will work four to five days and one part-time Caring Companion for the remainder of the week.
We take the time to get to know you and your family member and place a Caring Companion that best complements the lifestyle and personality of your family member. Are they active? Do they enjoy sports, television or gardening? Do they have a religion preference? We have the appropriate Caring Companion for all types of personalities and lifestyles.
Colorado Caring Companions provide services not only for seniors but may also be useful for individuals who are: Frail or weak, Patients in recovery from illness or injury, Persons with Alzheimer’s Disease or other dementias, physically disabled individuals and Non-drivers. Available in increments of 4 to 24 hours.
Our staff will meet with you personally for a free in-home consultation, and design a program together, one that meets your and your family needs. We will then gather all of your medical and personal preference information. At this first meeting you will also be introduced to your case manager. Next, we carefully select and introduce a qualified Colorado Caring Companion associate who will then begin your services. We pride ourselves in excellent service, through training, supervision and communication.

Thank goodness for Colorado Caring Companions! When the
decision came that mothers dementia had progressed to the point
that she needed full-time assistance to be able to continue living
in her own home safely and with dignity we chose another company
that was a little less expensive than Colorado Caring Companions -
and it was HORRIBLE - we found out that the persons who were sent
to mothers’ home were not background checked - a few had not even
been interviewed for the position and none had been trained. When
the girls couldn’t make it for what ever reason there was no back
up in place, we were simply told that they did not have anyone
to come to assist mother and that we would have to arrange for
someone to be there to care for her. And worse, sometimes new
people just showed up- they had never met mother or our family -
they were not familiar with mother’s routine, one did not even
know why mother needed care let alone that she had dementia.
After a few weeks of constant problems we contacted Colorado
Caring Companions - we thank the Lord that they had an opening -
what a difference. We were amazed at how dignified they made my
mother feel. How they stressed that ‘continuity of care’ was so
important. They had a case manager who was available 24-7 for our
convenience. There was not an absenteeism problem as we had first
experienced with the other company. Such a dramatic difference.
Saving the few dollars was not worth it in this case. We would
